I’ve been musing around for a few decades now (okay, more than a few) and thank God I’ve had the sense to learn from both my mistakes and my successes.
Along the way, I’ve picked up a few (okay, more than a few) principles on living a wholesome life. These principles can be categorized, and that will be the focus of this blog. Wholeness being a balance of the best body wholeness, mind wholeness, and spirit wholeness. Body, Mind and Spirit.
We are not islands – separate and uneffecting. We are all connected. When one part of the body suffers, the whole body suffers. Allow me to share what I have learned.
